Universal Orlando

Universal Orlando, a theme park located in Orlando, Florida, decided it was time to add yet another park to their already expansive and growing facility. Along with the growth of the park came the growth of the “back-of-house” support staff…from warehousing to locker rooms to executive office suites.

INNOVATIVE SOURCE worked in-house and on-site to assist the existing facilities department during this peak period on renovations, expansions and new construction. The services provided included space planning, finish selections, bid package preparation and analysis, furniture installation supervision and construction punch lists for approximately 500,000 square feet of space.
